Cream RDA E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the flat shortlist
Cream in Cyprus: 9 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Cream RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream RDA really costs in Cyprus
Cream in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cream in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised €30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.53 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Cyprus |

| Entry kit | €30 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €2.53 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.53 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Is cream legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
