Graphite pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the flat shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Graphite in Cyprus: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
A graphite pen device from the flat-rate options in Cyprus costs about €2.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run graphite the same way in Cyprus: same pen device, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite pen device really costs in Cyprus
Graphite in Cyprus reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested graphite in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised €53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.77 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
