Vanilla pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the deals shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Vanilla in Cyprus: 10 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What vanilla costs in Cyprus
A vanilla pen device from the discounted options in Cyprus costs about €1.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla pen device really costs in Cyprus
Vanilla in Cyprus reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested vanilla in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Cyprus survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should vanilla start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does vanilla in a pen device last?
In Cyprus we measured 6 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.7 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
