How to tell a good pen device from a repack
We run tropical the same way in Cyprus: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

The short version: tropical in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical pen device really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at tropical in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tropical in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Cyprus survives.
- Treating the advertised €63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.99 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Is tropical legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
