Tobacco vape pen E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the online shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Tobacco in Cyprus: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a vape pen for tobacco
Tobacco vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Tobacco in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco vape pen really costs in Cyprus
A tobacco vape pen from the online options in Cyprus costs about €3.09 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for tobacco in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Do you ship tracked orders to Cyprus?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
