Tobacco vape pen E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Tobacco in Cyprus: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What tobacco costs in Cyprus
The honest read on tobacco: 19 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Tobacco in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Cyprus works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco vape pen really costs in Cyprus
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested tobacco in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.02 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.02 per 10 ml liquid plus €53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
