Tobacco refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the price shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Tobacco in Cyprus: 23 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.32 per 10 ml.
We run tobacco the same way in Cyprus: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Cyprus
Tobacco in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised €40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.32 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for tobacco in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
