Tobacco prefilled pod E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Tobacco in Cyprus: 12 units tested over 8 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a prefilled pod for tobacco
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.41 per 10 ml.
Tobacco in a prefilled pod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: tobacco in Cyprus works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco prefilled pod really costs in Cyprus
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.41 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.41 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for tobacco in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
