Tobacco pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the price shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Tobacco in Cyprus: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What the label on Tobacco is allowed to say
Tobacco in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

The short version: tobacco in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Cyprus
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised €49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.02 per 10 ml.
