Tobacco in Cyprus: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
We run tobacco the same way in Cyprus: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco pen device really costs in Cyprus
A tobacco pen device from the budget options in Cyprus costs about €2.46 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.46 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Cyprus survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.46 per 10 ml liquid plus €67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tobacco the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.46 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
How long does tobacco in a pen device last?
In Cyprus we measured 4 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
