Salted cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Salted in Cyprus: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.38 per 10 ml.
The short version: salted in Cyprus works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.38 per 10 ml.
How we tested salted in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within €3.38 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
