Plum zero-nicotine bottle E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the guide shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plum in Cyprus: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, zero-nicotine bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a zero-nicotine bottle for plum
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a zero-nicotine bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.83 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Cyprus works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Cyprus
A plum zero-nicotine bottle from the starter options in Cyprus costs about €2.83 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Pick the zero-nicotine bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a zero-nicotine bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.83 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a zero-nicotine bottle.
How long does plum in a zero-nicotine bottle last?
In Cyprus we measured 3 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
