Plum vape pen E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plum in Cyprus: 14 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Plum in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.98 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Cyprus
Plum in Cyprus reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.98 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
