Plum in Cyprus: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
Plum sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at plum in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Cyprus
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.1 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised €47 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.1 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Cyprus survives.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is plum legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
