Plum pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plum in Cyprus: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Plum in Cyprus reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plum in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pen device really costs in Cyprus
The honest read on plum: 14 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Cyprus survives.
- Treating the advertised €46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.66 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
