Plum cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plum in Cyprus: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
A plum cartomizer from the bulk options in Cyprus costs about €2.85 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.85 per 10 ml.
The short version: plum in Cyprus works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at plum in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
