Plum cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plum in Cyprus: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.95 per 10 ml.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
