Ordering E-Cigarette to Cyprus: the practical version
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at plum in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plum in Cyprus works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum 30 ml shortfill really costs in Cyprus
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.65 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Cyprus survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 30 ml shortfill and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
