Plain vape pen E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plain in Cyprus: 13 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How we tested Plain vape pen here
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A plain vape pen from the cheapest options in Cyprus costs about €3.31 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain vape pen really costs in Cyprus
Plain vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Cyprus survives.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €3.31 per 10 ml liquid plus €65 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
