Plain starter kit E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the compare shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plain in Cyprus: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
A plain starter kit from the compared options in Cyprus costs about €2.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain starter kit really costs in Cyprus
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Cyprus are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plain in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.99 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
