Plain refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plain in Cyprus: 6 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
A plain refill pack from the cheapest options in Cyprus costs about €2.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plain in Cyprus works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Cyprus
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.54 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised €62 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.54 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does plain in a refill pack last?
In Cyprus we measured 7 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
