Plain pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plain in Cyprus: 21 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Where buyers go wrong with plain in Cyprus
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on plain: 21 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pen device really costs in Cyprus
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.93 per 10 ml.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plain in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.93 per 10 ml liquid plus €37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
