Plain pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the guide shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plain in Cyprus: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Where buyers go wrong with plain in Cyprus
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Cyprus are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain pen device really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at plain in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plain goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Treating the advertised €38 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.87 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €1.87 per 10 ml liquid plus €38 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
