Plain pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Plain in Cyprus: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What plain costs in Cyprus
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
We run plain the same way in Cyprus: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: plain in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pen device really costs in Cyprus
Plain in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised €64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.26 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
