Mintice refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the flat shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Mintice in Cyprus: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.65 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice refill pack really costs in Cyprus
The honest read on mintice: 18 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.65 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Cyprus survives.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €1.65 per 10 ml liquid plus €44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does mintice in a refill pack last?
In Cyprus we measured 3 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
