Mintice pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Mintice in Cyprus: 17 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a pen device for mintice
Mintice pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.49 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice pen device really costs in Cyprus
The honest read on mintice: 17 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.49 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
