Ordering E-Cigarette to Cyprus: the practical version
If you are looking at mint in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you are looking at mint in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint pen device really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at mint in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mint goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised €64 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.2 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mint in Cyprus survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.2 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Is mint legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
