Mint pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the best shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Mint in Cyprus: 23 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How we tested Mint pen device here
A mint pen device from the best options in Cyprus costs about €3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: mint in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mint pen device really costs in Cyprus
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Cyprus are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Stock depth: 23 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mint goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.49 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
