Iced starter kit E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Iced in Cyprus: 9 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good starter kit from a repack
The honest read on iced: 9 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.27 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Cyprus works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Cyprus
Iced starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Cyprus survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
