Iced starter kit E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the flat shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Iced in Cyprus: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Iced in Cyprus reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced starter kit really costs in Cyprus
A iced starter kit from the flat-rate options in Cyprus costs about €1.99 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is iced legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Do you ship tracked orders to Cyprus?
Yes, tracked to 4–8 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
