Iced pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the deals shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Iced in Cyprus: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a pen device for iced
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.53 per 10 ml.
The short version: iced in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced pen device really costs in Cyprus
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.53 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
