Iced cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Iced in Cyprus: 14 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
If you are looking at iced in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Iced in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
The honest read on iced: 14 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised €54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.19 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

Packaging for iced in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus €54 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On iced the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.19 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
