Honey refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the guide shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Honey in Cyprus: 19 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What the label on Honey is allowed to say
Honey in Cyprus reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Honey in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: honey in Cyprus works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey refill pack really costs in Cyprus
Honey refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested honey in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where honey goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.26 per 10 ml liquid plus €46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should honey start at?
Start at whatever Cyprus allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does honey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the honey blend itself harsh.
