Honey pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Honey in Cyprus: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.19 per 10 ml.
The honest read on honey: 20 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: honey in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a honey pen device really costs in Cyprus
Honey in Cyprus reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested honey in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where honey goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised €39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.19 per 10 ml.
- Mixing honey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for honey in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Cyprus |

| Delivery to Cyprus | 4–8 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | €39 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €3.19 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
