Ordering E-Cigarette to Cyprus: the practical version
Honey pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Honey sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a honey pen device really costs in Cyprus
Honey prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.01 per 10 ml.
How we tested honey in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a honey bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every honey bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where honey goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised €31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €3.01 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
