Herbal starter kit E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the wholesale shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Herbal in Cyprus: 12 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Choosing a starter kit for herbal
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run herbal the same way in Cyprus: same starter kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal starter kit really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at herbal in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested herbal in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Cyprus survives.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.45 per 10 ml liquid plus €42 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.45 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
