Herbal cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the budget shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Herbal in Cyprus: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What herbal costs in Cyprus
Herbal in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: herbal in Cyprus works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal cartomizer really costs in Cyprus

How we tested herbal in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
