Ordering E-Cigarette to Cyprus: the practical version
If you are looking at graphite in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Graphite starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite starter kit really costs in Cyprus
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.82 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
Is graphite legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
How long does graphite in a starter kit last?
In Cyprus we measured 6 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
