Graphite in Cyprus: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What graphite costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at graphite in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A graphite refill pack from the bulk options in Cyprus costs about €1.77 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: graphite in Cyprus works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Cyprus
The honest read on graphite: 22 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
