Graphite refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Graphite in Cyprus: 22 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What graphite costs in Cyprus
A graphite refill pack from the reviewed options in Cyprus costs about €1.76 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Cyprus
We run graphite the same way in Cyprus: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does graphite in a refill pack last?
In Cyprus we measured 5 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is graphite legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
