Graphite refill pack E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the cheap shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Graphite in Cyprus: 11 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €2.53 per 10 ml.
Graphite in Cyprus reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: graphite in Cyprus works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Cyprus
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Cyprus are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into Cyprus.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
