Graphite pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the compare shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Graphite in Cyprus: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Coil life, liquid cost and the graphite habit
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long graphite tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a graphite pen device really costs in Cyprus
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €3.2 per 10 ml.
How we tested graphite in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Cyprus survives.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How long does graphite in a pen device last?
In Cyprus we measured 8 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €3.2 per 10 ml liquid plus €32 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
