Graphite in Cyprus: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Where buyers go wrong with graphite in Cyprus
We run graphite the same way in Cyprus: same 30 ml shortfill, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

The short version: graphite in Cyprus works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a graphite 30 ml shortfill really costs in Cyprus
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested graphite in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Mixing graphite with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On graphite the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.36 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.36 per 10 ml liquid plus €52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
