Frozen in Cyprus: 23 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
A frozen starter kit from the discounted options in Cyprus costs about €2.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen in Cyprus reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 23 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Cyprus
If you are looking at frozen in Cyprus, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
- Treating the advertised €31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.71 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is frozen legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within €2.71 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
