Frozen cartomizer E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Frozen in Cyprus: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Delivery, returns and what 4–8 business days really means
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Cyprus
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised €44 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €2.73 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €2.73 per 10 ml liquid plus €44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
