Frozen 60 ml bottle E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the review shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Frozen in Cyprus: 15 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.97 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Cyprus. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: frozen in Cyprus works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Cyprus
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.97 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised €66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.97 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Cyprus need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
