The short version: dessert in Cyprus works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert e-liquid bundle really costs in Cyprus
Dessert in Cyprus reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested dessert in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Cyprus, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the e-liquid bundle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long dessert in Cyprus survives.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Entry kit | €52 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | €1.92 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is dessert legal to sell in Cyprus?
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.92 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
