Cream in Cyprus: 14 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in Cyprus
Cream in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Cyprus that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within €1.67 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 14 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cream pen device really costs in Cyprus
Cream in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 4–8 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised €50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.67 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.67 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
