The short version: citrus in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Cyprus
A citrus pen device from the compared options in Cyprus costs about €1.93 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Cyprus, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Cyprus.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Cyprus, since tanks and pods go first.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Cyprus survives.
- Treating the advertised €50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run €1.93 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Cyprus stocks.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume. Shipping of nicotine to Cyprus runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Cyprus sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On citrus the budget price and the premium price can sit within €1.93 per 10 ml once 4–8 business days is counted.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Cyprus?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 4–8 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does citrus in a pen device last?
In Cyprus we measured 4 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
