Citrus pen device E-Cigarette in Cyprus: the best shortlist — Ilektronikosigaretocyprus
Citrus in Cyprus: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Cyprus.
What the label on Citrus is allowed to say
A citrus pen device from the best options in Cyprus costs about €1.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Ordering into Cyprus usually means waiting 4–8 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: citrus in Cyprus works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Cyprus
Citrus in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Cyprus the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 4–8 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Cyprus accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Cyprus applies EU TPD plus a consumption tax on e-liquid volume.
Packaging for citrus in Cyprus must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Cyprus: about €1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus €60 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does citrus in a pen device last?
In Cyprus we measured 7 to 18 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
